Imperial Construction. was established in 1996 with the mission of building extraordinary homes that equally serve the interests of the community and its customers. That mission continues to be a driving force through today. Imperial has always sought out the areas, finest architects, subcontractors, and support staff. This enables us to be one of the areas most respected home builders.

Imperial Construction has never wavered in their commitment to supporting its communities. It has been involved in many charitable causes and civic organizations over the years. President Larry Settlemire believes in supporting the communities where we build homes. We just want it known that building homes is what we do best!

From our initial contact, we will be directly involved with your project from helping you choose plans and specifications as well as acquire the building lot that best fits your needs. We will monitor and track all aspects of construction from start to finish. We will set a completion date and will schedule and inspire our subcontractors to make sure this date is met.

Usual construction time will be from as little as 3 months to as much as 8 months.
